Welcome to the International School of Central Switzerland

Jacqueline Webb-Archibald

Nothing gives me greater pleasure than to welcome families to our involved, innovative and inspiring school community at the International School of Central Switzerland (ISOCS) in Cham, Zug.

We are a team of dedicated and experienced international educators who strongly believe in the intrinsic brilliance of every learner. Every child has a right to an empowering education, and each learner should be known and encouraged to develop as a unique individual with special interests and talents.

At ISOCS our community shares a vast array of interests and talents. We commit to truly see, hear and value each other so that we can explore and exceed our wildest dreams through education.

ISOCS is a vibrant and enthusiastic community where the love of learning is immediately apparent to all. We welcome our teachers and families from all parts of the world and we are proud of the many languages we speak. We particularly enjoy the rich connections our Swiss students, families and partner organisations afford us in integrating and involving us in our local community. In equal turn, we love how our international perspectives open horizons to our local students.

We are a purposefully small school supporting great aspirations for our students to flourish academically and in their first choice of University and to become upstanding and ethical leaders well-equipped to thrive through the challenges and the opportunities of the 21st Century.

We are all excited to learn together at ISOCS every day. I would be delighted to invite you to join us.

We involve, we innovate and we inspire to help every learner shine.

ISOCS School Videos

Our ISOCS Youtube video has already had over 82’600 unique viewings. Will you be the next to view it?

As part of their class project work on advertising ISOCS students created their own videos for the International School of Central Switzerland. This video was created by a nine year old student for his summative assessment.

One of our students discovered Kano on Kickstarter and we bought a Kano Lab for the school. Everyone has been exploring how to make a computer including students, teachers and parents.
