ISOCS has an Employment Philosophy for teachers that is summarised as follows:

  • All staff at ISOCS must share an unequivocal commitment to the Mission of the school and IB Learner Profile.
  • All teaching staff must be fully qualified and certified by a recognised accredited organisation.
  • All teaching staff must be entirely fluent in English.
  • A high value is placed on previous successful experience in the classroom, and in particular prior experience with the IB PYP programme.
  •  Professional Portfolios are appreciated but not required.

  • Intern / Praktikant(in) 100%

For the new school year beginning in August 2012 we are seeking applications for the following positions:

  • Fully qualified Middle School IB MYP teacher 100%
  • Fully qualified Primary School IB PYP teacher 100%

All applicants must have the appropriate qualifications as well as holding a valid work permit or Swiss citizenship and full fluency in English.
