ISOCS has an Employment Philosophy for teachers that is summarised as follows:

All staff at ISOCS must share an unequivocal commitment to the Mission of the school and IB Learner Profile.
All teaching staff must be fully qualified and certified by a recognised accredited organisation.
All teaching staff must be entirely fluent in English.
A high value is placed on previous successful experience in the classroom, and in particular prior experience with the IB PYP programme.
Professional Portfolios are appreciated but not required.

Fully qualified Middle School IB MYP teacher 100%
Fully qualified Primary School IB PYP teacher 100%

All applicants must have the appropriate qualifications as well as holding a valid work permit or Swiss citizenship and full fluency in English.
