Admissions

Admissions procedure

Please call or email us to make an appointment to visit the school.

We want to meet you and understand your hopes for your child/ren’s education. We encourage your child/ren to join lessons for a one or two day trial. We will negotiate the best time for this visit with you and the class teacher.

Current school fees and conditions are available to download on the Admissions section of this website. We accept enrolments throughout the year.

Policy

The International School of Central Switzerland (ISOCS) has a non-selective admissions policy.

We actively encourage students of all nationalities and beliefs to apply to our school, in the full understanding that we learn best, when we learn from each other.

Applicants with a special need/learning support history (for example, dyslexia, ADHD, medication intervention) will meet with the Head of School for assessment in order to establish whether ISOCS can offer a valid educational programme for the best interests of the student.

Parents must complete a detailed application including: application form (including details of previous testing), health records and financial regulations.

We will consider the application alongside copies of the last two school reports.

Interviews with the family are required and a two day trial period is strongly recommended.
